The buildings them selves are really good quality but the customer service is lacking in a big way! I bought cash money a building and it took them 4 days to get my card down finally my wife had to take them a check because they couldnt understand numbers on the phone. Then they played the run around with me and did not inform me that it was up to me to call and get someone scheduled to deliver the building. I called and left MULTIPLE MULTIPLE messages and never a return call. My wife took two days off waiting for the delievery and they never showed up. Then finally I had to waist about an hour of my WORK time to call corporate and FINALLY got someone to deliver the building...but it will be next week... going on week 4 for the building! Dersksen buildings are great but I would really check other places that sell these before going to these jokers!
